We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
  • Product photographs may show a decorated or styled presentation where decorations are not included.
  • Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and product assembly.

The specific features and specifications applicable to a product are stated on the relevant product page.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

If we discover a genuine pricing or listing error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any payment already taken.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through growstow.shop, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Your order will be accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

  • A genuine pricing or product information error
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
  • Product availability issues
  • An inability to fulfil the order

9. Risk and Delivery

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods will generally pass to you when you, or a person identified by you, physically receives the goods.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs where possible and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
