At Grow & Stow, we stand behind the quality of our Christmas trees and are committed to providing reliable products and customer support.

Your Grow & Stow Christmas Tree is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal indoor use.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal operation or functionality of your Grow & Stow Christmas Tree.

Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:

  • Defects in the tree structure or components
  • Manufacturing defects in the tree sections
  • Faults affecting the built-in LED lighting system
  • Manufacturing faults affecting electrical components supplied with the product
  • Defects in the supplied stand or structural components

If a fault covered by this warranty is confirmed, Grow & Stow may, depending on the circumstances, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product or provide another appropriate remedy.

2. Warranty Period

The Grow & Stow Limited Warranty is valid for:

12 months from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

3. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product purchased directly from Grow & Stow.

The warranty is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover problems caused by:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper use
  • Neglect
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Failure to follow the supplied instructions
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Use of the product outdoors when it is intended for indoor use
  • Damage caused by water or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the product
  • Damage caused during storage due to unsuitable storage conditions
  • Damage caused by external electrical faults or power surges
  • Damage caused by using accessories or electrical components not supplied or approved for use with the product

The warranty does not cover damage caused by using the product in a way that is inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions.

5. LED Lights and Electrical Components

Where your Grow & Stow Christmas Tree includes integrated LED lighting, the lighting system is covered against manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

Customers should only use the supplied electrical components and follow all safety and operating instructions provided with the product.

Do not attempt to repair, modify or disassemble electrical components yourself.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Your name
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographs or video showing the fault, where appropriate

We may ask for additional information to help us determine the cause of the issue.

In some cases, we may request that the product or affected component is returned for inspection.

7. Warranty Resolution

Once we have assessed the issue, we will explain the available solution.

Where appropriate, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • A repair
  • A refund or other appropriate remedy

The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the fault and the circumstances of the claim.

8. Return Costs

Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault covered by this warranty, Grow & Stow will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

We will provide return instructions where a product needs to be returned for inspection.

Customers should not send products to us without first contacting our customer service team.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This warranty provides additional protection and does not replace or restrict your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your legal rights may provide remedies in circumstances where this warranty does not apply.

In particular, consumers have statutory rights relating to goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights cannot be excluded by this warranty.

The expiry of this warranty does not automatically mean that all statutory rights have expired.

11. Changes to This Warranty

Grow & Stow may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page. Changes will not affect warranty rights that have already arisen from a previous purchase.
